No risk shopping:
7 day return period for credit or refund. Not happy with what you purchased? No problem simply contact us within the 7 day period and we will accept your goods back into stock. Please ensure your goods comply with the below conditions before returning them to us. If your goods do not comply with the below conditions we will be unable to issue a credit or refund.
How to make sure your returned goods are accepted:
All returned goods must be in original condition, this includes packaging and tags. The items condition must reflect its status as new and unused. If the packaging, tags or goods are damaged, marked or show any signs of wear we will be unable to refund or credit the item
You must have contacted us for a return number. Please include this number with your return. Email email@example.com
The purchaser is responsible for paying the freight cost of returned items.
Bicycles, Bicycle frames and E-Bicycles can not be returned. Once a bicycle or E-bicycle has left the shop it can not be returned or exchanged. If there is an issue with the bicycle it will be dealt with under the manufacturers warranty process.
If you have a faulty or warranty item that you would like to discuss with us please contact us via phone or email. When emailing us please make sure you include photographs of the item of concern. Doing this can speed up the process and help us get you back on your bike sooner.
Availability of Goods
Our website is not updated in real time. An item that is ordered and that is not able to be supplied can happen, if this occurs we will refund the full amount of the purchase to the purcaser within 3 days.
We recomend prior to purchasing a bicycle or e-bicycle online that you check and confirm with us the availability of the product/ bicycle / ebicycle
By ordering through or becoming a member of Coastal Bike Co you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database. We use this database to contact you in regards to offers, new products or cool stuff. You can easily remove yourself by unsubscribing via the link at the bottom of the email of any marketing communications or contacting us. We do not share, sell or exchange any customer contact information with other companies excluding shipping carriers who use this information to deliver orders.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, and it does not constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Coastal Bike Co reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Manufacturers change their specifications without notice. The exact specification of a product listed on this website may change without notice.

Cancel my Order
We will try to help you out if you change your mind. Coastal Bike Co reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee. All parts that are not stocked by Coastal Motorcycle Centre have been specially ordered for you and cannot be returned. Any parts that are stocked by Coastal Motorcycle Centre may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase, only in their original undamaged packaging with a copy of the receipt. Returns may incur a re-stocking fee.
Please note that Bicycles or any item over $500 in value that are paid for online and then cancelled will incur a cancellation fee of 2% of the purchase price.
Typing Mistakes (Typographical Errors)
Occasionally we make mistakes. In the event of goods or products being listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typing error or error in pricing or that product information received from our suppliers is incorrect, Coastal Bike Co shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order/s or charge a cancellation fee.
We maintain our right to cancel an order irrespective of whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. (If this is the case we will of course refund the amount you have been charged as soon as practicably possible)
Please be aware that product images and descriptions may not always be an exact representation of the listed product. Many images are sourced from the Australian importers of the products and in many cases the image will not be an accurate representation of the product. Please refer to images as a reference only.
We offer Gift vouchers for sale in varying amounts. Please note that Gift vouchers have a 3 year expiration date from the date of purchase.
You cant swap a Gift vouchers for cash and gift vouchers ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
